Passo Dello Stelvio
Hi
Cycling Weekly once ran a feature on a sportif crossing 3 countries, and taking in the Passo dello Stelvio.
Does anyone know the name of this, or has ridden it.

Thanks

Anaphylaxis
In September I got stung by a wasp for the umpteenth time. I was coming to the end of a training ride when the evil so and so hooked onto my lip. I knew I was in trouble but made it home. Fortunately my other half drove me to the Doctors where I promptly collapsed, happily I was saved by 3 shots of adrenalin and 1 of piriton.
After 8 hrs of futher hospital treatment I managed to escape home. I now have to try and remember never to go out without my epipens and fully charged mobile phone!
My problem is I've hardly been back on my bike. Despite having a Garmin GPS trainig aid Im still worried about getting into difficulties miles from anywhere! Next year I'm hoping to return to France, but I'm not sure I'll be on my bike. I'd be interested if anyone out in cycle world rides under the same threat from wasps. Also does anyone know the French for "Hello ambulance I have a severe allergy to stings, I've just been stung by a wasp (guepe?) and i'm about to enter Anaphylactic shock.!

Tourmalet twice in Tour 2010
Watch out. The Tour 2010 is about to be released. You will find everything on the climbs and route at climbbybike.com from October 14 on.

Rumour goes already that the infamous Tourmalet will be climbed twice in 2010. Just a 100 years after the first trip over the greatest Pryrenees climb.

The Tourmalet will be climbed in two different stages. In one of them, the finish will be on top of the Tourmalet.

Also other famous Pyrenees climbs like the Peyresourde, Aspin eand Aubisque are on the 2010 Tour menu, so the Pyrenees will definately bring a different story than last year. Luckily so.
